Simon brings 20+ years of experience leading large transformational initiatives across multiple industries for CEOs and Boards of Fortune 1000 companies. He’s spent the past 8+ years focused on directing multiple large-scale strategic programs for Kaiser Permanente from concept to scale. He also serves as the Chief Architect for Care Delivery Technology Services to help define and execute on the strategic direction of efforts such as HIE, virtual care, clinical analytics, remote patient monitoring and digital initiatives. Simon possesses a deep functional expertise in IT that is complemented by a broad understanding of the clinical systems landscape and experience partnering with technology companies and digital disrupters with significant market impact.
